Backbase Digital Banking Summit – The successful summer edition of a fintech conference

Backbase has its annual event in October each year, Backbase Connect. For the summer, we needed a strong event that would allow us to connect with our community once more per year. While Connect is our visionary and global event, the Summer Summit concept was created as an European event in mind, a lot more interactive and with a high focus on customer case studies.
Impact
The BDB is the summer summit that brings together more than 300 customers, partners and industry thought leaders in Compagnietheater, Amsterdam.
Once again, we brought global industry leaders together to tackle the tough questions on digital transformation. A series of innovative expert-led sessions have explored cutting-edge customer experience technologies, and hands-on guidance will be given to optimize customer engagement and cut costs.
